Cancellation Policy

An order once placed can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing it, and after that, it cannot be Cancelled it can only be Returned or replaced if any issue arises with the product within the mentioned return replacement period (Mentioned on the respective product page).

When an order is canceled, The refund amount will then be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 7 days. The customer will be informed of the estimated refund processing time for the respective payment method. The customer may get in touch with us in the event that refund processing takes an unusually long time.

The customer will be informed of the new delivery date in the event of unforeseen delays caused by weather, problems with the courier partner.

  • Nexusmobile.in deserves the right to cancel the order as per the Fair Usage Policy

COD charges are non-refundable if you cancel the order once it is confirmed/dispatched or reject it at the time of delivery.

In the case of pre-paid orders, if a shipment gets rejected by the customer at the time of delivery, the refund will be processed once we get back the rejected shipment and after deducting the necessary shipping and handling charges.
